头孢哌酮/舒巴坦在心力衰竭患者肺部感染中的治疗效果与感染指标的控制观察

摘　　要：目的观察头孢哌酮/舒巴坦在心力衰竭合并肺部感染患者的临床效果及对感染状态指标的控制作用。方法选取2014年6月-2016年6月于医院进行治疗100例心力衰竭合并肺部感染患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组50例和观察组50例,对照组采用头孢曲松治疗,观察组则采用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦进行治疗,然后统计两组患者肺部感染治疗总有效率、症状体征改善时间及治疗前后的感染状态相关指标。结果观察组患者的肺部感染治疗总有效率高于对照组,症状体征改善时间短于对照组,治疗后的感染状态相关指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头孢哌酮/舒巴坦在心力衰竭合并肺部感染患者的临床效果较好,对于感染状态相关指标的控制作用较为明显,因此在心力衰竭合并肺部感染患者的应用价值较高。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of cefoperazone/sulbactam in patients with heart failure complicated with pulmonary infection and control effect for the infection state indexes.METHODS A total of 100 patients with heart failure complicated with pulmonary infection in our hospital from Jun.2014 to Jun.2016 were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into control group with 50 cases and observation group with 50 cases.Patients in control group were treated with ceftriaxone,in observation group were treated with cefoperazone/sulbactam,then the total effective rates of pulmonary infection,time of signs and symptoms improvement,and infection state related indexes before and after the treatment of the two groups were analyzed.RESULTS The total effective rate of pulmonary infection of observation group was higher than that of control group,the time of signs and symptoms improvement of observation group was shorter than that of control group,the infection state related indexes of observation group after the treatment were all lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION The clinical effect of cetoperazone/sulbactam in patients with heart failure complicated with pulmonary infection is good,and the control effect for the infection related indexes is obvious,so its application value in the patients with heart failure complicated with pulmonary infection is high.
