摘　　要：我国迫切需要发展农村社会工作,改善基本民生、服务弱势群体、促进乡村社区发展是其基本任务。农村社会工作面对的问题具有综合性,社会工作的服务和干预也相应地具有综合特征。农村问题和社会工作的综合性呼唤"大农村社会工作",即坚持专业理念、灵活运用专业方法,对社会工作任务进行综合考虑和界定,直接服务与增强权能相结合,专业方法与本土方法相结合,协同多方资源服务农村居民和社区发展。农村社会工作的发展需要政府切实实施相关制度和政策,也需要社会工作者能力的提高。The development of rural social work has become China＇ s urgent need, and its basic responsibility includes raising the basic living level, serving those vulnerable groups, and promoting the rural communities. The problems faced by rural social work are comprehensive, and the services and interventions of social work have corresponding comprehensive characteristics. The comprehensiveness of rural social issues and rural social work calls for ＂great social work in rural are- as. ＂ That is, we should comprehensively define and comprehend the social work tasks with professional concepts and flexi- ble use of methods, and better serve rural residents and communities through combining direct and empowerment services, connecting professional and local methods, and coordinating multiple resources. The development of rural social work requires the government to effectively implement relevant policies and programs, and it also requires social workers to improve their capabilities.
