摘　　要：随着经济全球化的发展,企业之间的竞争越来越激烈。在如此激烈的市场竞争环境下,企业如何保持并提高自己的竞争实力,是企业发展面临的一大难题。档案管理作为企业发展的基础,其管理水平不仅影响着企业的经营,同时,也对企业人才的合理利用有着直接影响,是企业内部管理的重点工作。基于此,论文主要对信息时代下企业电子档案管理进行了分析,对其管理中存在的问题提出了相应的改进措施。With the development of economic globalization, competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. In such a fierce market competition environment, how to maintain and improve their competitive strength is a major problem faced by enterprises. As the foundation of enterprise development, the management level of archives management not only affects the operation of enterprises, but also has a direct impact on the rational utilization of enterprise talents, and it is the key work of enterprise internal management. Based on this, the paper mainly analyzes the management of enterprise electronic archives in the information era, and puts forward some corresponding measures for improvement in the management of enterprise electronic archives.
