摘　　要：论文详细阐述了机冷车安全风险体系建立的原则,并结合机冷车运用实际,介绍了机冷车安全风险体系建立的各种方法、建立的基本方式,最后建立起以风险控制措施、风险控制监督保障和风险预警事故应急为主要内容的风险控制体系,最大限度地保障机冷车行车安全。This paper expounds the principle of the establishment of mechanical refrigerator car safety risk system. Combined with the practical application of the mechanical refrigerator car, the various methods and the basic way of establishing the safety risk system of the mechanical refrigerator car are introduced, and finally establishes the risk control system, which takes the risk control measures, risk control supervision and risk early warning as the main content of the risk control system, and guarantees the driving safety of the cooling vehicle to the maximum extent.
