摘 要:采用激光拉曼和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对乙醇–水体系中的安乃近质量浓度进行测定.通过比较溶剂与溶液之间的谱图,找到安乃近的特征峰,并建立特征峰强度与溶液质量浓度的线性关系.对安乃近冷却结晶过程中的浓度进行离线和在线比较监测,结果表明:与激光拉曼光谱比较,傅里叶变换红外光谱信号对溶液质量浓度的变化有更好的反应,可以利用其对安乃近工业化生产实现在线监控.The concentration of analgin in ethanol-aqueous system was determined by using laser Raman and ATR-FTIR spectroscopy. Through comparing the spectrogram of the solvent and the analgin solution, the characteristic peak position of analgin was found. A linear relationship between the peak intensity and solution concentration was established. Off-line analysis and online monitoring of the concentration of analgin in the cooling crystallization process were done with Raman and ATR-FTIR spectroscopy. From the results, it was found that the signal of ATR-FTIR has a better response than Raman spectroscopy in the cooling crystallization process of analgin, so ATR-FTIR spectroscopy could be used for in situ monitor- ing of industrial production.
