鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法以2016年1—12月来我院就医的200例慢性鼻窦炎患者作为本次研究的观察对象,使用随机数字表法对200例患者进行分组。传统组100例患者应用传统手术治疗,鼻内镜组100例患者应用鼻内镜手术治疗,研究对比两组慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床疗效及并发症发生率。结果鼻内镜组的总有效率为94.00%,相比于传统组(73.00%)明显更高,P<0.05,且并发症发生率(0.00%),低于传统组(12.00%),P<0.05。结论对慢性鼻窦炎患者采取鼻内镜手术治疗切实可行,治疗效果显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis. Methods From January to December 2016, 200 patients with chronic sinusitis in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study, and 200 patients were grouped by random number table. In the traditional group, 100 patients were treated with traditional surgery, and 100 patients in nasal endoscopic group were treated with nasal endoscopic surgery. The clinical efficacy and complication rate of two groups of chronic sinusitis patients were studied and compared. Results The total effective rate of the nasal endoscopic group was 94.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the traditional group （73.00%）, P〈0.05, and the complication rate （0.00%） was lower than that of the traditional group （12.00%）, P〈0.05. Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis is feasible and effective.
