摘  要:小微企业对经济社会发展有重要的促进作用,但也普遍存在资强劳弱、劳动争议频发等问题。行业集体协商能够增强劳动者地位,是构建小微企业和谐劳动关系的有效路径。完善行业集体协商,应重在发挥工会维权职能、健全协商主体、增加信息披露和评估推广协商成果等。Small and Micro Businesses have played an important role in contributing to social and economic development. However, they are bothering about many problems, such as the rich contributing to capital and the poor contributing to labor and the frequent occurrence of labor disputes. The collective negotiation in the industry is available to improve the worker' s social status as well as the feasible path to establish a harmonious labor relation among small and micro businesses. In order to consummate the collective negotiation in the industry, the trade union' s rights protection function shall be played to the full, negotiation agents shall be improved, information disclosure shall be carried out frequently and negotiation results shall be assessed and popularized.
