摘 要:为进一步了解航空公司从业人员安全诚信现状及存在问题,在安全诚信心理机制及测量理论指导下,确定出航空公司从业人员安全诚信量表的5个结构维度;采用典型案例分析和半结构化访谈等方法确定初测题目;经过项目分析、探索性因素分析及信效度检验,形成正式量表。以此对我国7个民航地区管理局下25家航空公司从业人员进行调查,综合使用独立样本t检验、方差分析、多重分析及非参数检验等方法对数据进行统计分析。结果表明:工龄低于1年的民航从业人员的安全诚信总分显著低于工龄5-10年的;中级技术职称人员的安全诚信总分显著高于初级和高级,初级技术职称人员的5个测量维度均显著低于中级或高级,高级技术职称人员的安全诚信意志显著低于初级和中级;国有航空公司的整体安全诚信状况较好;机队规模为51-100架的安全诚信总分显著高于其它3组;不同性别、婚姻、收入、年龄、地区的航空公司从业人员间的安全诚信总分没有显著性差异。In order to study the current status of airline employees' safety integrity and existing pro otems, safety integrity scale of airline employees was designed firstly. Structural dimensions of the airline employees' safety integrity scale are determined under the guidance of safety integrity psychological mechanism and measurement theory. Initial measurement problems were determined by using typical cases analysis and semi-structured interviews etc. Formal scale was formed after measurement problems had been analyzed by project analysis, exploratory factor analysis, validity test and consistency reliability test. Preliminary investigation was done with this scale, and the investigation covered 7 local civil aviation administrations and 25 airlines. Data was analyzed by using independent-sample t test, variance analysis, multiple analysis, and non-parametric test. Analysis results show that the final safety integrity scores of airline em- ployees whose seniority are less than 1 years are significantly lower than that of those with a seniority of 5- 10; the final safety integrity scores of middle grade professional employees are significantly higher than those of junior and senior grade professional employees, and the scores of 5 measurement dimensions of junior grade professional employees are significantly lower than those of middle or senior grade professional employees, and the scores of safety integrity will of senior grade professional employees are significantly lower than those of middle or senior grade professional employees; the final safety integrity scores of the aircraft group dimensions "51-100" are significantly higher than the other 3 groups; the safety integrity level of different genders, marriages, ages, incomes, regions are not significant.
