摘 要:介绍了HHRM200型复合轧环设备液压系统的构造及其工作原理,并基于AMESim软件建立其仿真模型,利用批运行的方法确定了二通插装阀中难以确定的最大流量系数,研究了整个环件轧制过程中复合轧环设备液压系统的动态特性,且依靠优化算法对液压系统PID控制器参数进行优化,优化后的参数使位置偏差对时间的积分值降低了40.2%。最后,进行了复合轧制实验,验证了利用该参数建模所得主轧辊定位精度的可靠性。该研究为复合轧环机液压系统的设计、调试提供参考依据,有一定的实用价值。The combined roiling ring machine is a main equipment for the production of ring-shaped workpiece, and widely used in various fields of industrial production. This study introduces the construction and working princi- ple of HHRM200 hydraulic system combined rolling ring equipment. Based on the software AMESim, the simula- tion model is established. The maximum flow coefficient, which is difficult to be determined in the two-way car- tridge valve, is determined by batch operation method. The dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system of the combined rolling ring equipment during the whole ring rolling process are studied. The parameters of the hydraulic system PID controller are optimized by the optimization algorithm. The optimized parameters can help reduce the in- tegral of the position deviation to time by 40.2%. Finally, the combined rolling experiments are carried out to veri- fy the reliability of the positioning accuracy of the main roll. The study provides a reference for the design and de- bugging of the complex rolling ring hydraulic system.
