摘  要:目的探讨视频脑电图(VEEG)在胆红素脑病对新生儿排尿影响研究中的应用价值。方法选取出生后4~15 d确诊为高胆红素血症新生儿54例,根据有无胆红素脑病分为胆红素脑病组(BE组,28例)和非胆红素脑病组(NBE组,28例),另选取12例正常新生儿(NB)作为对照组。记录新生儿早上8点至12点VEEG、排尿次数(VF)、排尿量(VV)、残余尿量(PVR)等参数,比较各组参数的差异。结果 BE组VF较NBE组、NB组增加(P<0.05);BE组VV低于NBE组、NB组(P<0.05);BE组PVR明显多于NBE组、NB组(P<0.05);BE组VEEG Fp2-C4区振幅显著低于NBE组、NB组(P<0.05);NBE组与NB组VEEG振幅、VF、VV和PVR差异无统计学意义。结论胆红素脑病可能通过大脑皮层影响新生儿排尿方式。VEEG在胆红素脑病对新生儿排尿方式的影响研究中具有参考价值。Objective To explore the value of video electroencephalogram (VEGG) in the research of influence of bilirubin encephalopathy (BE) on voiding pattern of term newborns.Methods Fifty-four newborns with hyperbilirubinemia aged 4 to 15 days were included in this study, and they were divided into BE group and non bilirubin encephalopathy (NBE) group, 28 cases in each group.Twelve babies had normal bilirubin (NB) were selected as control group (NB group).The voided volume (VV), post void residual volume(PVR), voiding frequency (VF) and VEEG were recorded for 4 hours from 8AM to 12AM.Results The VF and PVR of BE group were higher than NBE group and NB group (P〈0.05).The VV of BE group was lower than NBE group and NB group (P〈0.05).The Fp2-C4 lead amplitude of BE group was lower than NBE group and NB group (P〈0.05).There was no difference in all the parameters between NBE group and NB group.Conclusion BE may affect voiding pattern of term newborns through the cerebral cortex.VEGG has a potential value in the research of influence of BE on voiding pattern of term newborns.
