摘　　要：目的探讨Stanford A型主动脉夹层合并妊娠患者的手术配合及围手术期管理方法。方法对8例急性主动脉夹层合并妊娠患者手术配合及围手术期管理情况进行回顾性总结。结果本组中5例患者术后康复顺利,出院后分别足月顺产3男2女,随访12~48个月,婴儿均发育正常,母亲无不适;2例孕晚期者,手术同期行剖宫产术取出健康男婴,婴儿发育正常,母子顺利出院;1例于术后27h突发室颤母婴死亡。结论术前精心准备,术中密切配合,术后严格管理,能够有效控制并发症,提高手术成功率及胎儿成活率。Objective To study the Stanford type A aortic dissection with matching surgery and perioperative manage- ment in patients with pregnancy. Methods Totally 8 cases of acute aortic dissection with matching surgeE~ and periop- erative management in patients with pregnancy were retrospectively summarized. Results Totally 5 cases of patients with postoperative recovery well, respectively after discharge full - term birth to two women and three men were followed up for 12 -48 months, babies are developing normally, mother without discomfort. 2 cases of late pregnancy, operation at the same time line of cesarean section remove healthy baby boy, baby was normal, and smooth discharge ; 1 case with postoperative 27 h emergency ventricular fibrillation maternal and infant death. Conclusion Preoperative preparation, intraoperative close cooperation, strict management, postoperative complications can effectively control, improve the suc- cess rate of surgery and fetal survival rate.
