摘　　要：下肢缺血性疼痛是下肢动脉硬化闭塞症、血栓闭塞性脉管炎、急性下肢动脉栓塞等血管外科疾病的常见症状,疼痛常令患者痛苦难忍,且无特效的治疗手段,严重影响患者的生活质量.本文就下肢缺血性疼痛的评估工具、疼痛的特点及相关护理措施三个方面进行综述,以期为下肢缺血性疼痛患者减轻疼痛,制定相关护理干预措施提供依据,减轻患者身心痛苦,促进患者康复.Lower limb ischemic pain is the disease of lower extremity arteriosclerosis occlusion, buerger′s disease,acute lower limb artery embolization common pain and other regular symptoms of vascular surgical disease. The pain is unbearabl,and no special treatment,seriously affect the quality of life. In this paper will review the related research at home and abroad,from the pain of the characteristics of the relevant assessment tools,the characteristics of the pain,the pain of the related nursing measures this three aspects, in order to provide evidence for reducing the patient′s physical and mental pain,and promoting the recovery of patients effectively for the patients with lower limb ischemic pain.
