护理服务剧本对住院肺结核患者健康教育效果的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨应用服务剧本对住院肺结核患者健康教育的效果.方法 选择2016年6—10月住院的肺结核患者200例,随机分为试验组104例,对照组96例.对照组实施常规的健康教育,按照患者住院疾病发展阶段治疗流程由责任护士对其进行入院宣教,各种检查宣教,用药知识宣教、合理饮食宣教、风险防范宣教、出院注意事项等相关内容的健康教育.试验组采用一系列配套的服务剧本进行健康教育.结果 试验组患者采用护理服务剧本进行健康教育后,出院前对健康教育内容知晓率达到92.9%,对照组知晓率81.92%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ^2=118.15,P〈0.01）.试验组患者满意率99.38%,对照组93.49%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ^2=103.82,P〈0.05）.结论 对住院肺结核患者应用服务剧本进行健康教育,有利于提高患者对相关知识的掌握,提高患者满意度.Objective To explore the effects of application of service script on health education of hospitalized patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods A total of 200 hospitalized patients with tuberculosis from June 2016 to October 2016 were randomly divided into the experimental group （104 cases） and the control group （96 cases）. Patients in control group received routine health education. According to the disease development stages of hospitalized patients,the treatment processes including admission education,various examinations education,medication education,reasonable diet education,risk prevention education,discharge precautions and other contents related to health education,were declared by charge nurses. The experimental group received a series of service scripts to carry out health education. Results After the health education according to nursing service scripts,the awareness rates of patients in the experimental group and control group were 92.9% and 80.15%. The difference between two groups was statistically significant （χ^2=118.15,P〈0.01）. Patients satisfaction rates in the experimental group and control group were 99.38% and 93.49% with statistically significant difference （χ^2=103.82,P〈0.05）. Conclusions The application of the service scripts in the health education of tuberculosis patients improves the knowledge level and the satisfaction of patients.
