优化护理在改善Epi-LASIK术后并发症中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨优化护理在改善行机械法准分子激光角膜上皮瓣下磨镶术（epipolis laser in situ ketatomileusis,Epi-LASIK）患者术后并发症中的应用效果.方法 选取2010年6月—2014年5月河北医科大学第二医院准分子激光中心行Epi-LASIK手术的近视患者80例（160眼）为研究对象.将2010年6月—2012年8月的近视患者40例（80眼）设为对照组,2012年9月—2014年5月的近视患者40例（80眼）设为观察组.对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用优化护理.比较两组患者术后疼痛刺激症状、角膜上皮愈合时间及角膜上皮下雾状混浊（Haze）并发症情况.结果 术后1 d和3 d,观察组患者疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.观察组患者平均上皮愈合时间为（5.05±0.58）d,低于对照组上皮愈合时间（5.59±0.98）d,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.术后1、3、6个月,观察组Haze发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 优化护理可有效预防和减少Epi-LASIK术后患者并发症的发生.Objective To investigate effects of optimal nursing in improving postoperative complications of epipolis laser in situ ketatomileusis （Epi-LASIK）.Methods A total of 80 patients （160 eyes） with myopia undergoing Epi-LASIK operation in our hospital from June 2010 to May 2014 were included in the study. Control group contained 40 patients from June 2010 to August 2012 and received routine nursing, while observation group contained 40 patients from September 2012 to May 2014 and were given additional optimal nursing. Postoperative pain symptoms,healing time of corneal epithelium and corneal haze （Haze） were compared between two groups.Results After 1 day and 3 days post operation,the scores of pain of patients in observation group were significant lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Average healing time of corneal epithelium of patients in observation group （5.05±0.58）days was shorter than control group （5.59±0.98）days. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After 1,3 and 6 months,incidence rate of Haze in observation group was significantly lower than control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Optimal nursing effectively prevents and reduces postoperative complications of Epi-LASIK.
