摘　　要：构建基于指令触发的扩展Petri网石化企业应急预案模型,提出了各组织部门之间传递消息的形式化描述方法和基于指令触发的应急任务执行状态(未执行/执行中/已完成)变迁算法,并对它规定的应急处置流程和消息传递给出了详细的定义和描述。An extended Petri net model based on order triggering for emergency plans was built; and a formal description method for the messaging between departments and a state transition algorithm for the emergency task status （unexecuted/excuting/finished） based on order triggering were presented and defining and descri- bing the emergency response process and message passing in detail were implemented.
