摘 要:采用光学电镜、扫描电镜和X射线衍射等测试方法研究了SUS301L不锈钢TIP-TIG焊接头的组织;通过维氏硬度计和电子万能试验机研究接头力学性能。结果表明,SUS301L不锈钢TIP-TIG焊接头组织为δ残存、(γ+δ)共晶和γΠ,其中δ-铁素体呈蠕虫状、侧板条状或骨骼状形态分布;熔合区δ-铁素体呈蠕虫状分布于γ-奥氏体晶界;接头中热影响区粗晶区为软化区,平均硬度值为HV185。接头断裂位于热影响区粗晶区,断裂形式为韧性断裂,断口呈韧窝形貌。Microstructure and mechanical properties of the TIP-TIG welded joints of SUS 301L stainless steel were studied by optical,scanning microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy.Mechanical properties were analyzed by micro-hardness and tensile tests.Experimental results showed that the weld was composed ofδ,γ+δ and γΠ,in which vermicular,lathy or skeletalδferrite was presented in the weld seam.Residualδferrite was largely distributed in theγgrain boundaries as vermicularδ.Micohardness of HAZ coarse grain zone was the lowest in these whole joints,the average microhardness value was HV185.Joints were fractured in the HAZ coarse grain zone,and the tensile test specimens all showed plastic dimple fracture surfaces.
