摘　　要：随着高校的扩招,人才市场竞争的激烈,大学生就业形势越来越严峻。为了缓解紧张的就业形势,国家开始在政策上鼓励大学生创业。培养具有创新创业能力的大学生,是现在高校教学改革的重要途径,也是培养人才的必然保证。本文从国家宏观政策出发,分析与探讨目前大学生创新创业计划实施存在的问题,进一步归纳与总结了提升大学生创新创业能力的路径。As result of college expansion, the talent market of fierce competition ,college students＇ employment situation more serious. In order to reduce employment situation ,in a few countries began on the policy to encourage college students＇ entrepreneurship. To cultivate creative ability of college students, it is now important way for the reform of college teaching ,necessity being also that fosters the talent guarantee .this article embarks form the national macroscopic policy, the analysis and discussion of the current problems of college students＇ innovative undertaking plan. Further improve college students＇ innovative undertaking ability were summarized and the path.
