摘 要:目的:研究血清铁蛋白与叶酸检测对肾性贫血患者的应用价值.方法:随机选取我院在2016年5月~2016年11月间收治的700例肾性贫血患者(研究组),与同期在我院体检的700例健康体检者(对照组),全部入选患者均对其进行血清铁蛋白与叶酸的检测,且研究组患者再通过相关临床治疗后,再进行一次检测,观察分析组间的检测情况.结果:全部入选患者通过检测后显示,在研究组治疗前,将组间的血清铁蛋白与叶酸检测结果进行分析对比,研究组均显著低于对照组(P〈0.05),研究组患者通过治疗后,组间的血清铁蛋白检测结果对比,无明显差异(P〉0.05),叶酸检测结果对比,研究组明显低于对照组(P〈0.05),但与治疗前的差异明显缩小.结论:肾性贫血患者的血清铁蛋白与叶酸水平会明显降低,在其患者的临床诊治中对两种指标进行检测,具有重要的指导意义.Objective: To study the application values of serum femtin and folic acid detections in patients with renal anemia. Methods: Seven hundred cases of patients with renal anemia (research group) were randomly selected from our hospital in May 2016 to November 2016, 700 cases of healthy in our hospital check-up (control group) were selected also. All selected patients were tested for serum ferritin and folic acid, and the research group was repeated detection after clinical treatment. The results were analyzed and compared between both groups. ResultS: All selected patients before clinical treatment showed significantly lower levels of serum ferritin and folic acid, compared with control (P〈 0.05) . After clinical treatment, the results of serum ferritin detection in both groups showed no significant difference (P〉 0.05) , and folic acid still showed obvious lower level in research group than that in control (P〈 0.05) , but the difference between before and after clinical treatment was significantly narrowed. Conclusion: The serum ferritin and folic acid levels were decreased significantly in patients with renal anemia, and detections of both indicators in the clinical diagnosis and treatment have important guiding significance.
