摘 要:目的:分析酶免检测联合核酸检测2016年惠州市无偿献血人群HBV、HCV、HIV(1+2型)的筛查结果.方法:先采用2种不同厂家ELISA试剂对采集的2016年惠州市无偿献血者血液标本进行感染性标志物筛查,再用苏州华益美生物科技有限公司生产的乙型肝炎病毒、 丙型肝炎病毒、 人类免疫缺陷病毒(1+2型)核酸检测试剂盒(PCR-荧光法),对ELISA筛查合格的标本进行HBV、HCV、HIV(1+2型)核酸筛查.结果:54905人份血液标本中,经过血清学检测,HBsAg、 抗-HCV、 抗-HIV以及抗-TP均合格的血液共53476份.在进行核酸检测的53476例献血者标本中,100个核酸汇集检测呈阳性,阳性率为1.87‰.在核酸汇集检测阳性标本中,49例为核酸拆分检测病毒核酸阳性、51例为核酸拆分检测病毒核酸阴性.在拆分检测病毒核酸阳性标本中,HBV DNA阳性为49例(0.92‰)、HCV RNA阳性为0例(0%)和HIV(1+2型)RNA阳性为0例(0%).结论:在酶免检测的基础上应用核酸检测能有效避免HBV、HCV、HIV(1+2型)的漏检,降低输血传播相关病毒的风险;而献血人群中检出病毒核酸阳性主要为HBV DNA阳性而HBsAg无反应性的标本.Objective: Analysis ofHBV, HCV, HIV (1+2) screening results of voluntary blood donors in Huizhou city in 2016 by enzyme immunoassay and nucleic acid detection. Methods: First, 2 different ELISA reagents were used to screen infected marker of the blood samples of Huizhou city in 2016 Then the qualified samples were tested by nucleic acid screening assay of hepatitis B virus, hepatitis C virus, and human immunodeficiency virus (1 +2 type) nucleic acid test kit (PCR- fluorescence method) from Suzhou Bacme Biotech. CO., LTD. Results: Through serological testing, 53476 blood samples were negative of HBsAg, anti -HCV, anti -HIV, and anti -TP in a total of 54905 blood samples. In the 53476 blood samples by pooling nucleic acid test,100 pooling cases of nucleic acid were positive, the positive rate was 1.87 per thousand. The positive pooling cases was nucleic acid tested individually, we got 49 HBV DNA positive samples (0.92 per thousand) , 0 HCV RNA positive samples (0 per thousand) and 0 HIV (1+2) RNA positive samples (0 per thousand) . Conclusion: Based on the detection of enzyme immunoassay, nucleic acid test can effectively detect HBV, HCV, HIV (1+2) and reduce the risk of transfusion transmitted virus, blood donors in detection of virus nucleic acid positive were HBV-DNA but HBsAg negative reactive samples.
