摘　　要：2006年和2011年，国家“十一五”和“十二五”规划相继提出“稳步”和“积极稳妥”推进金融业综合经营试点以来，我国金融业综合经营步伐明显加快，金融机构业务结构和盈利模式得到改善，综合实力和国际竞争力稳步提升，金融体系关联性不断增强。Universally with their large sizes, diversified business fields, complicated related party transactions and intensely concentrated risks, financial groups have obvious characteristics of systematic importance.
