摘　　要："以……名义"是话语交际中转换或凸显话语角色时最常用的格式,存在两种语义对立的名实关系。本文通过对其语义内涵的表里验证,考辨其名实关系的实质及其语用价值。该格式是一种典型的标示身份范畴的语言形式,说话人利用这一格式可以改变或凸显话语身份,实施某一社会角色所具有的社会权力和话语权力,达到特定的以言行事和以言成事的目的。'以……名义(In the name of …)' is a structure most commonly used in communication to transform or highlight the speech role.This article investigates the essence of the relation between name and nature behind this structure and their pragmatical value through the exterior-interior validation of meaning.The structure is typically used to mark the identity,so the speaker can use it to change or highlight discourse identity,to implement social power and discourse power,and to achieve a specific purpose of illocutionary act and perlocutionary act.
