摘　　要：本文基于生物学哲学的视角,认为人类的认知能力是自然选择的结果。鲁斯强调进化不等同于进展,科学知识的积累是人类凭借自然选择而来的"后生规则"对客观存在知识不断掌握的一个过程。通过对鲁斯进化认识论的梳理,既是对进化认识论客观存在的认可,也是对"进化认识论"发展瓶颈的一次探讨。This thesis argue that cognitive competence of humanity is the result of natural selection in terms of the philosophy of biology. Ruse emphasize the evolution doesn＇ t represent the meaning of pro- gress. The accumulation of acknowledge of science is a course of grasping the knowledge by ＇ epigenetic rules＇ which is the consequence of natural selection. The review of the Ruse＇ s evolutionary epistemology bring along either the confirmation about reality of evolutionary epistemology or the analysis of the devel- opmental bottle-neck of evolutionary epistemology.
