散杂居地区民族关系的理想类型:机制与系统——基于“共生互补”理论的认知和探究

摘　　要：以许宪隆教授为带头人的散杂居地区民族研究团队,在"中华民族多元一体格局"理论基础上,结合实践探索提出了研究散杂居地区民族关系的"共生互补"理论,并不断将其发展完善,逐渐得到了学界的广泛认可。在"共生互补"理论基础上,为进一步加深对"共生互补"的认识、理解和应用,结合社会学理论可以发现散杂居地区民族"共生互补"关系包含"两个机制""三个过程""四个要素"的理想类型。"两个机制"指"共生即社会心理上的感情相依""互补即社会行为上的合理分工";"三个过程"指"功能的承担""规则和资源的使用""需求的满足";"四个要素"指经济子系统的"互惠",政治子系统的"共识",社会子系统"权利与义务的对等"和文化子系统的"价值观认同"。Based on the theoretical foundation of the framework of mulptiple unity of China, the team of ethnic re- searh in areas inhabited sporadically and together, led by professor Xu Xianlong, puts forward and gradually per- resets symbiosis theory of ethnic relationships in areas inhabited sporadically and together, and this has been widely accepted in academic field. Based on symbiosis theory and so as to deepen the understanding and implication of this very theory, the article integrates it with sociological theories and finds that symbiosis theory has an ideal type which includes two mechanisms, three processes and four elements. The two mechanisms refer to coexistence （that is, e- motional interdependence in terrr^s of social psychology） and complementation （rational distribution in terms of social behaviour）. The three processes are undertaking of functions, use of rules and resources, and meeting the needs. The four elements are mutual bends of the economic subsystem, concesus of politicar subsystem, balance of rights and responsibility of social subsystem, and values identity of cultural system.
