HPLC法同时测定宫颈炎康栓中苦参碱和槐定碱的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立宫颈炎康栓中苦参碱和槐定碱的HPLC测定方法。方法:采用Ultimate XB-NH2色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-3%磷酸溶液(97:3),流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长206 nm,柱温35℃。结果:苦参碱进样量在0.05095~2.5475μg范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000),平均回收率为98.0%;槐定碱进样量在0.05144~2.5720μg范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000),平均回收率为99.9%。结论:本法经方法学验证,可用于中成药宫颈炎康栓的质量控制。Objective： To develop HPLC method to determine matrine and sophoridine in Gongjing Yankang Suppository. Methods： The separation was performed on an Ultimate XB-NH2 column （4.6mm×250mm,5μm） with acetonitrile-3% phosphoric acid （97 ： 3） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1. The detection UV wavelength was 206nm. The column temperature was 35 ℃. Results： The calibration curve of matrine had a good linear relationship in the mass range of 0.05095-2.5475 μg （r=1.0000） and the average recovery rate was 98.0%. The calibration curve of sophoridine also had a good linear relationship in the mass range of 0.05144-2.5720 μg （r=1.0000） and the average recovery rate was 99.9%. Conclusion： The method was validated and could be used for the aualitv control of Gongjing Yankang Suppository.
