摘　　要：目的探讨工作压力对不同性别职业人群健康功能的影响。方法在对昆明市官渡区2 647名职业人群进行横断面调查的基础上,分析职工工作压力和身心健康得分在不同性别间分布的差异,同时运用logistic回归研究工作压力对职业人群身心健康可能产生的影响。结果女性生理和心理健康得分分别为46.90±15.02和48.79±15.83,男性分别为45.87±15.36和43.78±18.00,在不同性别间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),男女两性身心健康状况的下降均与工作压力有关联,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论职业人群身心健康得分存在性别差异,工作压力可能是职业人群身心健康的重要危险因素,建议针对不同性别制定相应的干预措施,促进职业人群的身心健康。[Objective]To investigate the influence of work stress on the health functioning of workers with different genders.[Methods]Based on a cross-sectional survey of 2 647 occupational people in Guandu District of Kunming City,the gender differences on work stress,physical and mental health scores were analyzed,and logistic regression was used to study the potential effect of work stress on workers ＇ physical and mental health.[Results] Women＇s physical and mental health score was46.9 ±15.02 and 48.79 ±15.83,respectively,that of men was 45.87 ±15.36 and 43.78 ±18.00,respectively,with significant differences between genders（P〈0.05）. Work stress were significantly associated with both men＇s and women＇s poor physical and mental health（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]The physical and mental health is significantly different between genders. Working pressure may be the important risk factor influencing physical and mental health of workers. It is suggested to implement different interventions on men and women,so as to promote their physical and mental health.
