摘  要:目的通过调查唐山市放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率和微核率,了解放射防护工作情况。方法对2010、2012、2014年唐山市放射工作人员职业健康检查结果中染色体和微核率进行分析,采用外周血淋巴细胞常规培养法,利用χ~2检验分别对放射工作人员进行染色体畸变与微核率的统计学分析。结果 2010—2014年放射工作人员染色体畸变率和微核率的年度间差异均有统计学意义;医学应用组微核异常率,染色体畸变率最高;工龄10~<20 a组和>20 a组放射工作人员微核异常率高于<10 a组。结论小剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员的遗传物质有一定损伤,但这种损伤逐年下降。医学应用组和中高放射工龄人员是防护的重点人群。[ Objective ] To investigate the situation of radiation protection via the investigation on the rate of chromosome aberra- tion and mieronueleus rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes of radiation workers in Tangshan City. [Methods] The chromosome and micronueleus rates of 2010,2012,2014 occupational health examination results were analyzed by routine peripheral blood lymphocyte culture method, using X2 test for statistical analysis of chromosomal aberration and micronueleus rate of radiation work- ers,respeetively.[Results] The difference of chromosome aberration rate and micronucleus rate of radiation workers from 2010- 2014 was statistically significant between years. In medical application group,the abnormal rate of micronucleus and the rate of chromosome aberration was the highest. The abnormal mieronueleus rate of 10-〈20 years and 〉20 years age group was higher than that of the 〈10 years age group. [Conclusion] The analysis shows that the low dose ionizing radiation has a certain damage to the genetic material of radiation workers, but the damage is decreasing year by year. Medical application group and workers with high radiation length of service are the key groups for protection.
