摘　　要：目的通过了解唐山市2012—2015年老年人性传播疾病(sexually transmitted diseases,STDs)的流行病学特征,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法对唐山市2012—2015年老年人STDs的流行情况进行趋势及描述性分析。结果近4年来,唐山市老年人STDs报告病例数为1 608例,年均发病率为16.76/10万;各病种发病率均成上升趋势。病种构成中以梅毒比例最高(88.12%),其次为淋病(5.29%),尖锐湿疣居第3位(3.54%)。4年内老年人STDs男女性别比为1.77∶1,以50~59岁年龄比例最大(40.11%);农民、离退人员、工人和家务及待业占总发病人数的87.12%;发病人群文化程度以小学及以下为主(15.11%);婚姻状况以已婚有配偶为主(26.74%)。4年中老年人STDs以异性传播为主(6.65%);实验室诊断患者占16.17%。结论该市STDs有老龄化趋势,总体男性患者多于女性,应加强对老年人性病防治知识的宣传和教育工作,努力控制STDs在老年人中的传播和蔓延,提倡安全性行为,降低老年人性病的发病率。[Objective] To understand the epidemiological characteristic of sexually transmitted diseases （STDs） among the elderly in Tangshan City from 2012-2015,provide scientific evidence for developing the control and prevention measures. [Methods] The trend and descriptive analysis was used to study the epidemic situation of STDs among the elderly in Tangshan City from 2012-2015.[ Results ]In four years, totally 1 608 elderly cases of STDs were reported in Tangshan City, with the average annual incidence of 16.76/lakh,and the incidence rates of STDs show a rising trend. For disease constitution,the proportion of syphilis was the highest （88.12%）,followed by the gonorrhea （5.29%） and condyloma acuminatum （3.54%）. The male-to-female ratio was 1.77 ： 1 in elderly STDs patients,and people aged 50-59 years old accounted for the largest proportion （40.11%）. The main occupations were farmers,retires,workers and housework/unemployment persons,accounting for 87.12% of total cases. Patients with the education level of primary school and below accounted for the largest proportion （15.11% ）, and most of cases were married people （26.74%）. Heterosexual sexual transmission was the major transmission route （6.65%）. The patients diagnosed by laboratory examination accounted forl6.17%. [ Conclusion] The epidemic situation of STDs shows an aging trend in Tangshan City,and the male cases are more than female cases. It is necessary to strengthen publicity and education of knowledge about STDs prevention and treatment among elderly,control the spread of STDs in the elderly,and promote safe sexual behavior, to reduce the incidence of STDs in the elderly.
