摘　　要：目的了解北京市丰台区公共场所从业人员麻疹疫苗的接种意愿及其影响因素,为进一步改进麻疹免疫策略及防控措施提供依据。方法采用单纯随机抽样的方法选取了484名丰台区公共场所从业人员进行基本情况及麻疹疫苗接种意愿问卷调查。采用χ~2检验和logistic回归对接种意愿影响因素分别进行单因素和多因素分析。结果 77.7%的调查对象对麻疹知识了解不足;41.5%的人能形成相对正确的麻疹预防行为;67.4%的人愿意接种麻疹疫苗;年龄、工作年限、风险认知、知识得分对接种意愿影响有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不愿意接种的主要原因是担心不良反应,工作忙没时间等。结论该区应针对调查结果加强麻疹疾病及疫苗知识宣传、拓展接种渠道等多种方式提高接种意愿,进一步提高麻疹疫苗免疫覆盖率,降低麻疹发病率。[Objective] To investigate the willingness to accept measles vaccine and the influencing factors among employees in public places in Fengtai District of Beijing, provide the basis for improving the measles immunization strategy and measles prevention and control work. [Methods] 484 employees in public places of Fengtai District were selected by simple random sampling to undergo questionnaire survey on demographic characteristics and willingness to accept measles vaccine. Chi-square test and Logistic regression were adopted for single factor and muhi-factor analysis on the influencing factors. [Results] 77.7% of respondents had a poor understanding of measles and measles vaccine, 41.5% have formed a correct measles prevention behavior, and 67.4% were willing to accept measles vaccine. Age, length of employment, perception of risk and knowledge scores had statistically significant influence on willingness to accept measles vaccine （P〈0.05）. The main reasons to be unwilling to accept measles vaccine were anxiety of untoward effect and lack of leisure due to heavy work.[Conclusion] It is necessary to improve the willingness to vaccination by strengthening the publicity about the knowledge of measles and vaccine and expanding the vaccination ways, to further improve the measles immunization coverage rate and reduce the incidence of measles.
