摘　　要：对铁路女工妇科普查及身体健康检查结果进行了概述,阐述了铁路女工工作特殊性、铁路行业存在的职业病危害因素对女工的身心健康产生的不良影响,针对铁路女工存在的主要健康问题及这些问题所产生的负面影响,提出科学合理的健康干预措施,从而提高铁路女职工的整体健康水平,使企业正常运转,以达到企业经济效益和社会效益最大化的目的。The paper summarizes the results of gynecological census and physical examination among female workers in railway enterprises, expounds the working particularity of female railway workers and adverse effects of occupational hazards in the railway industry on the physical and mental health of female workers, puts forward the scientific and reasonable health interventions on the health problems and their negative impact, so as to improve the health level of railway female workers, make the enterprise run normally and maximize the economic and social benefits of the enterprises.
