从《伤寒杂病论》《辅行诀》探讨《汤液经法》针灸学特点

摘　　要：《汤液经法》是一部以道家思想为指导的中医著作,其对后世医学的发展产生了重大的影响,其中有许多关于针灸治病的经典论述,通过从《伤寒杂病论》《辅行诀》条文做对比分析试还原《汤液经法》中的内容后发现,其重视经络、未病先防、善用刺血疗法、慎用火法等特点较为鲜明突出,这些特点是古人在临床中反复实践所总结出来的宝贵经验,可能仅仅是《汤液经法》中的冰山一角,更多内容值得临床进一步深入研究。Decoctions and Methods is a classic of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） guided by Taoism,and has great influence on the development of TCM. In this classic,there are many items on acupuncture and moxibustion treating disease. After comparing the entries in the Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases,Tips for Assistance,it was found that in the Decoctions and Methods the meridians and collaterals, preventing disease before occurrence,pricking blood,and avoiding fire were emphasized,which could be the valuable experiences by the ancient TCM practitioner,and in the future this book should be studied.
