摘　　要：李燕宁教授在总结古人对于小儿哮喘治疗特点的基础上,结合自身临床经验,归纳出"哮因痰成,发必达痰;哮时气壅,务以清肃;哮有夙根,治当培元;哮发突然,不忘平喘;哮久多郁,酌情疏肝;久哮多瘀,也须活血;哮为顽疾,多法合参"七条治疗特点。Based on the experience of treatment for pediatric asthma from the ancient time and his own clinical experience,Professor LI Yanning were summarized characteristics on 7 aspects as follows：the asthma is caused by phlegm;qi stagnation during the disease attack should be removed;the asthma should be treated by tonifying the original qi;during the disease attack,relieving asthma should be applied;the chronic asthma usually leads to liver depression and therefore soothing liver should be applied;also chronic asthma leads to blood stasis,and therefore invigorating blood should be applied;asthma is a stubborn disease and therefore it should be treated comprehensively.
