摘　　要：黄石玺教授擅以毫火针为主治疗带状疱疹:毫火针的高温可以直接杀死疱疹病毒,外泄火毒,作用强而持久;灸法以温通为主,既可以促进疱疹结痂,又能消炎止痛;火罐可以直接拔出疱疹周围的致毒物质及毒素,达到驱毒止痛的作用,同时又可以祛瘀生新,促进局部新陈代谢;温针灸结合了针和灸的作用,既具有针刺通经络的作用,又具有艾灸温通作用。Professor HUANG Shixi is an expert good at treating herpes zoster by using filiform fire needle. The high temperature of filiform fire needle can kill herpes virus directly to expel the fire toxin with the strong and lasting effect. Moxibustion not only could promote scab forming but also relieve pain and inflammation through warming and unblocking. Cupping can directly pull out toxic substances around herpes to relieve pain and remove toxin and also can promote the local metabolism by removing stasis and generating new tissue. In warm needle moxibustion,aeupuncture and moxibustion were integrated,for it could unblock the channels and collaterals through acupuncture and also could warm and unblock through moxibustion.
