摘 要:通过对扬迪矿理化性能、岩相鉴定分析,在实验室进行烧结性能实验研究,开发了武钢配矿结构下的扬迪矿使用技术。研究结果表明,扬迪矿配比从10%增加到35%并同时代替部分混匀矿都是可行的。在武钢原料条件下,扬迪矿最适宜的配比为25%,此时混合料适宜的水分范围为(6.5±0.2)%,适宜的无烟煤配比为5.3%~5.5%。Based on the analysis of physical and chemical properties , lithofacies appraisal of Yandi ore and studing on sintering performance of Yandi ore in laboratory, the application technology of Yandi ore was developed based on the ore blending structure of WISCO. The research results showed that it was feasible to increase the proportion of the Yandi ore from 10 % to 35 % and to use the Yandi ore instead of some of the mixed ores. Under the condition of raw material in WISCO, the optimum mixture ratio of Yandi ore was 25 %. Under this condition, the optimum water content of the mixture was(6.5 ± 0.2) %, and the suitable ratio of anthracite was from 5.3 % to 5.5 %.
