摘  要:为了分析小麦的收获过程,基于离散元法与质点-弹簧模型,提出一种成熟期小麦植株的建模方法.采用该方法建立的小麦植株模型不仅能模拟小麦植株的形态结构,还可以分析小麦收获时植株与收获机部件的相互作用及模拟小麦的收割和脱粒等过程.详细介绍了基于形态结构分析的小麦植株各器官几何模型建模方法和基于力学实验的小麦植株各器官连接的力学模型建模方法,通过小麦的脱粒过程仿真分析,初步验证了该建模方法的可行性和有效性.To analyze the wheat harvesting process, a modeling approach of wheat plant based on the discrete element method and the mass-spring model is proposed. The wheat plant model built by using this proposed method can not only simulate the shape of the wheat plant, but also analyze the interactions between the plants and components of the wheat harvester. What's more, this model makes it possible to simulate the process of wheat harvesting, wheat threshing etc. In this paper, the geometric modeling methods of wheat plant based on morphological structure analysis and the mechanical model of the connection of different organs of wheat plants based on mechanical test were introduced, through the simulation of wheat threshing process analysis, the feasibility and validity of the proposed modeling method are verified.
