摘 要:针对电网技术改造项目种类繁多、目的不一、内容多样导致的经济效益分析困难问题,以前后对比法为基础,引入全寿命周期成本理论,选择合适的经济效益后评价标准,构造适用于电网技改项目的经济效益后评价指标体系,建立基于全寿命周期成本理论的电网技术改造项目经济效益计算模型,为电网技改项目投资的合理性分析、决策风险控制和经济效益评价提供可靠的方法与依据。On the basis of that variations of the technical revamping of the power grid projects with cross purposes, and diverse contents, it is hard to put into practice the economic and efficiency analysis of the power grid projects. So a new project economic benefit post evaluation model of the technical revamping of the power grid project is presented based on the method of before and after comparison. A proper project economic benefit post evaluation criterion is introduced along with a noval theory of life cycle costs and a e- valuation index system of the the technical revamping of the power network projects is constructed. On the foundation of the theory of life cycle costs, the innovative economic benefit post evaluation model can provide reliable methods and criterion for the rationality analysis and the decision risk control and the economic benefit assessment of the technical revamping of the power grid projects.
