经乳晕入路腔镜甲状腺切除术的应用

摘　　要：目的对经乳晕入路腔镜甲状腺切除术的应用意义进行分析和探讨。方法把100例需行甲状腺切除手术的患者作为本次研究的对象,这100例患者均为我院收治,收治时间在2013年5月22日至2015年5月22日期间,使用信封抽取法对这100例患者进行分组,分成实验组(50例)和对照组(50例),对照组采取开放甲状腺切除术,实验组采取经乳晕入路腔镜甲状腺切除术,并在手术结束后,对比分析两组的并发症发生率、术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间及美容度满意评分。结果实验组和对照组的术中出血量、手术时间无统计学差异(P>0.05);实验组的并发症发生率为2.00%,低于对照组的16.00%(P<0.05);实验组的美容度满意评分高于对照组,住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论经乳晕入路腔镜甲状腺切除术的并发症例数较少,预后恢复效果较好,且具有较高的美观度,故认为经乳晕入路腔镜甲状腺切除术具有切实的可行性,可在临床中应用。Objective： To analyze and discuss the application of endoscopic thyroideetomy via breast areola approach . Methods ： 100 eases of patients required resection of the thyroid gland surgery were the research subjects, the 100 eases of patients were treated in our hospital from ＂May 22, 2013 to May 22, 2015 period, the envelope extraction method was used for dividing the 100 cases of patients into the experimental group （50 cases） and the control group （50 cases）, open thyroidectomy was adopted in the eontrol group, the experimental group adopted endoseopie thyroidectomy via breast areola approach and at the end of operation, comparative analysis was made in the incidence of rate, intraoperative bleeding volume, operation time, hospitalization time and beauty degree of satisfaction score of complications of the two groups. Results ： Bleeding in patients of the experimental group and control group, the operation time had no statistical difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; the incidence rate of complication of experimental group of 2.00%, was lower than that of the eontrol group of 16.00% （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the beauty degree of satisfaction scores was higher than that in the control, and length of hospital stay was lower than that in controls （P 〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： the areola approach endoscopic thyreideetomy has fewer complication eases in prognosis and better recovery, and higher beauty degree of satisfaetionh. The endoscopic thyroidectomy via breast areola appreaeh is feasible in the clinical application.
