探讨AO钢板固定治疗腓骨骨折合并糖尿病临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析讨论AO钢板固定治疗腓骨骨折合并糖尿病的临床效果。方法研究2012年6月—2015年6月在该院治疗的60例腓骨骨折合并糖尿患者者的情况,根据手术治疗方案的不同把患者分成3个小组。第一组采用AO钢板治疗方法,第二组采用交锁髓内钉治疗方法,第三组采用外固定架治疗方法,研究这3组腓骨骨折合并糖尿患者者的治疗效果的不同。结果无法得出第一组和第二组腓骨骨折合并糖尿患者者治疗效果差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);第二组与第三组效果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 AO钢板固定治疗腓骨骨折合并糖尿病的医疗价值较高,效果较好。Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of AO plate fixation in treatment of fibula fracture and diabetes. Methods 60 cases of patients with fibula fracture and diabetes treated in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2015 were selected and divided into three groups according to the treatment methods, the first group adopted the AP plate treat, ment, the second group adopted the interlocking intramedullary nail treatment, while the third group adopted the external fixation treatment, and the treatment effect of the three groups was researched, Results The difference in the treatment effect of fibula fracture and diabetes between the first group and the second group was not concluded without the statistical significance（P〉0.05）, and the difference between the second group and the third group was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The medical value of AO plate fixation in treatment of fibula fracture and diabetes is high with good effect.
