探讨高血压脑出血伴有糖尿病合并大面积褥疮患者护理观察

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压脑出血伴有糖尿病合并大面积褥疮患者护理观察,进行对高血压脑出血伴有糖尿病合并大面积褥疮患者护理经验总结。方法选取该院2015年12月—2016年12月治疗并且护理的高血压脑出血伴有糖尿病合并大面积褥疮患者一共88例作为观察对象,将这88例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组44例患者,分别采取常规护理方法护理和全面护理方法护理,记录两组患者恢复情况,分析两种护理方法的护理效果。结果观察组治愈天数明显少于对照组,观察组治疗显效的有32例,治疗有效的有12例,治疗无效的有1例,治疗总有效率为97.72%。对照组治疗显效的有20例,治疗有效的有14例,治疗无效的有10例,治疗总有效率为77.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全面护理方法护理高血压脑出血伴有糖尿病合并大面积褥疮患者能够有效提高患者的恢复情况,值得临床推广。Objective To study the nursing observation of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and diabetes and large pressure ulcer and provide experience for the treatment. Methods 88 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and diabetes and larger pressure ulcer in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 44 cases in each, respectively adopted the routine nursing method and comprehensive nursing method, and the recovery situation of the two groups was recorded and the nursing effect of the two groups was analyzed. Results The cure day in the observation group was obviously fewer than that in the control group, and in the observation group, 32 cases were markedly effective, 12 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective, and the total treatment effective rate was 97.72%, in the control group, 20 cases were markedly effective, 14 cases were effective and 10 cases were ineffective, and the total treatment effective rate was 77.2%.The difference was stastically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The general nursing method of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and diabetes and large pressure ulcer can effectively improve the recovery of patients, which is worth promotion.
