补阳还五汤配合中药泡足治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察补阳还五汤内服配合中药泡足治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法选择糖尿病周围神经病变患者72例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例。在给予常规处理包括饮食、运动、降糖等,对照组给予甲钴胺口服,治疗组给予补阳还五汤口服配合中药泡足,治疗8周。治疗前后通过肌电图和症状改善情况比较疗效。结果中药口服配合中药泡足对糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经传导的改善和症状改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤配合中药泡足治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of buyang huanwu decoction and traditional Chinese medicine foot bath in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 72 cases of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each, the treatment group adopted the routine treatment including dieting, sports and hypoglycemic method, while the control group took the mecobalamin orally, and the treatment group were given the buyang huanwu decoction and traditional Chinese medicine foot bath for eight weeks, and the curative effect was compared before and after treatment by the improvement of electromyogram and symptoms. Results The improvement of oral administration of TCM and traditional Chinese medicine foot bath for nerve conduction was obviously better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of buyang huanwu decoction and traditional Chinese medicine foot bath in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is obvious.
