摘　　要：目的 探讨心理护理干预对子宫内膜异位症术后并发焦虑和抑郁症患者临床治疗的价值及意义.方法 选择2014年7月至2015年12月本院收治的子宫内膜异位症患者200例,随机分为干预组和对照组各100例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组患者给予心理干预.观察比较两组患者的心理状态.结果 采用国际通用的Zung量表（SAS、SDS）进行焦虑抑郁症状评估,两组评分明显低于治疗前,治疗前后差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;干预组治疗半年后SAS评分（45.5±1.5）分、SDS评分（40.5±1.1）分明显低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;干预组治疗1年后SAS评分（40.2±0.5）分、SDS评分（43.5±0.5）分明显低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 心理干预可以提高子宫内膜异位症患者术后治疗效果,改善患者焦虑抑郁状态.Objective To discuss the clinical value and significance of psychological intervention on the anxiety and depression of patients with endometriosis after operation.Methods A total of 200 cases of patients with endometriosis treated in our hospital from July 2014 to December 2015 were selected and were divided into the control group and the intervention group, with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated by routine nursing,while the intervention group were given the psychological intervention.The psychological state of patients of the two groups was observed and compared.Results The internationally and generally used Zung Scale（SAS and SDS）was used to assess the anxiety and depression symptoms.The SAS and SDS score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The SAS score （45.5±1.5） and SDS score （40.5±1.1） of the intervention group after treatment half a year later was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Psychological intervention can improve the treatment effect of endometriosis after operation and improve the anxiety and depression status of patients.
