电灼联合胸腺五肽治疗男性肛周尖锐湿疣97例的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电灼联合胸腺五肽用于治疗男性肛周尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法:97例于初次发病的男性肛周尖锐湿疣患者,年龄在17~52岁之间,予以随机分为治疗组及对照组。两组患者均予以电灼清除所有可见皮损,治疗组术后肌肉注射胸腺五肽10mg/d,持续10d,两组随访观察3~6个月后分析讨论。结果:治疗组患者在随访期间复发率为4.0%,显著低于对照组(19.2%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电灼联合胸腺五肽治疗男性肛周尖锐湿疣在控制复发率方面疗效满意,值得临床应用。Objectives： To observe the effect of electrocoagulation combined with thymopentin-5 in the treatment of male patients with perianal warts. Methods： 97 male patients aged from 17 to 25 who were diagnosed initial perianal warts were divided into 2 groups randomly（50 cases in treatment group,47 cases in control group）.The patients in control group were treated with surgery by electrocoagulation to eliminate the warts and the treatment group was additionally offered intramuscular injection of 10 mg thymopentin-5 once a day on such basis. The treatment of thymopentin-5 lasted for 10 days. The recurrence rates of the two different groups were reviewed in the 3-6 months follow-up study. Results： The recurrence rate of treatment group（4. 0%） was lower than that of the control group（19. 2%）（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Electrocoagulation combined with extra intramuscular injection of thymopentin-5 is effective for male patients with perianal warts.
