紫参洗剂治疗血虚风燥证慢性阴囊湿疹疗效与安全观察

摘　　要：目的:观察紫参洗剂治疗血虚风燥证慢性阴囊湿疹的疗效及安全性。方法:62例血虚风燥证慢性阴囊湿疹患者按随机表法分为两组,试验组与对照组各31例。试验组外用紫参洗剂,2次/d,对照组外用糠酸莫米松乳膏,1次/d。4周后观察疗效。结果:试验组有效率为89.65%,对照组为86.66%,两组有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组和对照组的不良反应发生率分别为3.44%和13.33%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。停药4周后试验组的复发率3.44%,对照组为10.00%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:紫参洗剂治疗血虚风燥证慢性阴囊湿疹安全有效,且复发率低。Objectives： To observe the efficacy and safety of the Zishen lotion in the treatment of blood deficiency and wind-dryness syndrome of chronic scrotum eczema. Methods： 62 patients were randomly divided into test group and control group,31 cases in each. The test group received topical Zishen lotion（bid） and the control group received topical Mometasone furoate cream（qd）. The response was evaluated 4 weeks later. Results： The total effective rate of the test group and control group was 89. 65% and 86. 66% respectively,without significant difference（P〈0. 05）. The incidence of side effect in the test group and control group was 3. 44% and 13. 33% respectively,with significant difference between the two groups（P〈0. 05）. Four weeks after discontinuation,the recurrence rate was 3. 44% in the test group and 10. 00% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Zishen lotion is clinically effective and safe in treating blood deficiency and wind-dryness syndrome of chronic scrotum eczema,with low recurrence rate.
