摘　　要：慢性前列腺炎发病慢、易反复、病情顽固、缠绵不愈,病因复杂。上海市浦东新区名中医孙建明教授擅长治疗男性常见病,其治疗男性常见疾病之一慢性前列腺炎的主要经验为:首先认为湿热贯穿整个疾病始终,使用经验方公英葫芦汤为基础方进行治疗;其次认为辨病辨证相结合,临床上需要辨明气血阴阳;第三,擅长采用内服联合外治同时治疗;四、从心理进行疏导方法进一步提高临床疗效。Chronic prostate is a stubborn illness which has the characteristics of slow onset,easy to relapse,long lingering time,complicated causes and so on. Professor Sun Jianming,a famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in Pudong New Area,specialized in the treatment of male common diseases. His main experiences in the treatment of chronic prostatitis are as follows. Firstly,considering the damp-heat throughout the entire course of the disease,Gongying Hulu Decoction should be used for treatment. Secondly,combining the differentiation of syndrome and disease,the qi,blood,yin and yang should be identified in clinical. Thirdly,Professor Sun is accomplished in using oral administration combined with external treatment. Finally,the clinical effect can be further improved by means of psychological counseling.
