维生素E联合复方氨基酸胶囊治疗特发性弱精子症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:对维生素E联合复方氨基酸胶囊治疗特发性弱精子症的临床效果进行分析。方法:选取在我院进行治疗的特发性弱精子症患者200例,随机分为两组,单纯组患者100例,给予单纯中医治疗;联合组患者100例,在常规中医治疗基础上给予西药治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:对比两组患者精子活力等情况无明显差异性(P>0.05)。联合组患者用药治疗时间、临床总疗效、临床症状缓解时间、精子检查情况均明显优越于单纯组患者,差异性显著(P<0.05)。两组患者均没有发生因口服用药导致严重不良后果及不适症状发生。结论:对于特发性弱精子症在常规中医治疗基础上给予维生素E联合复方氨基酸胶囊治疗,能够明显改善患者的临床症状、减少精子畸形比例、明显增强精子活力和强度、增加精子浓度,提高受孕比例,无明显不适症状,适宜临床应用开展。Objectives： To investigate the clinical effect of Vitamin E combined with compound amino acid capsules in treating idiopathic asthenospermia. Methods： 200 patients with idiopathic asthenospermia were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The simple group of 100 patients were given only traditional Chinese medicine for treatment and combined group of 100 patients were given additional western medicine for treatment. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results： Difference in the sperm motility between the two groups was not significant,without statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. The treatment time,total clinical efficacy,clinical remission time and sperm quality of the combined group were significantly superior to those in the simple group,with statistically significant difference（P〉0. 05）. There were no serious adverse consequences and symptoms in the two groups. Conclusion： Besides conventional treatment,Vitamin E combined with compound amino acid capsules is effective for idiopathic asthenospermia,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,reduce sperm deformity ratio,enhance sperm motility,strength and sperm concentration,hereby improving the pregnancy ratio without obvious adverse reactions.
