音乐疗法联合经皮穴位电刺治疗体外受精-胚胎移植患者的焦虑情绪的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究音乐疗法联合经皮穴位电刺激治疗对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)患者焦虑情绪的疗效。方法:选择在我院行体外受精-胚胎移植的焦虑患者300例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组150例,对照组按IVF-ET超促排方案常规治疗,治疗组在IVF-ET中超促排的同时应用音乐疗法和经皮穴位电刺激治疗。结果:治疗组患者的焦虑程度治疗前后有显著性差异(P<0.05),对照组前后比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗组患者治疗后焦虑程度明显低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用音乐疗法结合经皮穴位电刺激治疗可缓解IVF-ET患者焦虑心理,稳定情绪,提高临床妊娠率。Objectives： To observe the efficacy of music therapy and transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation on the anxiety of patients with in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer（IVF-ET）. Methods： The 300 patients with IVF-ET in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group,150 cases for each. The control group received conventional treatment of IVF-ET super stimulating ovulation,while the observation group received music therapy and transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation on its basis. Results： The level of anxiety of patients in the observation group had significant difference between before and after treatment（P〈0. 05）,but there was no statistical difference in the control group between before and after treatment（P〈0. 05）. The biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate in the observation group were higher than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The treatment of music therapy and transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation can improve the level of anxiety in IVF-ET patients and stabilize their emotion,hereby increasing the clinical pregnancy rate.
