摘　　要：随着国家"互联网+"行动计划的提出,互联网对整个社会的影响进入了新的阶段,互联网信息资源的长期协作保存问题迫在眉睫。文章在对互联网信息资源长期协作保存基本含义分析的基础上,阐释互联网信息资源长期协作保存的价值所在,并提出了包括组织机制、责任机制、保障机制、运行机制、激励机制在内的互联网信息资源长期协作保存机制。With the proposing of ＂Internet ＋＂ action plan, the impacts of Internet on the overall society enter into a new stage, and the issue of long-term cooperated preservation of Internet information resources is imminent. Based on the basic meaning analysis of the long-term cooperated preservation of Internet information resources, the paper points out the value of them. Then, it puts forward a preservation mechanism which contains organizational mechanism, responsibility mechanism, guarantee mechanism, operating mechanism as well as incentive mechanism.
