摘  要:基于量纲分析方法,实验研究不同烧结矿颗粒直径填充床内的流动阻力特性。研究结果表明:当颗粒直径一定时,床层内单位料层高压降随颗粒表观流速的增大呈非线性关系增大。当颗粒表观流速一定时,直径较小的颗粒床层内由于颗粒比表面积较大导致流动阻力损失也较大。颗粒雷诺数Re_p较低时,床层内颗粒摩擦因子f_p随Re_p的增加而迅速减小;Re_p较高时,随Re_p的增加,f_p下降趋势较为平缓,并最终不发生变化。由于计算误差较大,现有的预测关联式不适用于求解烧结矿颗粒床层内的流动阻力损失。通过实验数据拟合得出了能够描述烧结矿颗粒床层内流动阻力特性的实验关联式,平均计算相对误差为7.93%,显示了良好的预测性能。Based on dimensional analysis method, the flow resistance characteristics in sinter packed bed of different particle diameters were investigated experimentally. The results show that, for a given particle diameter, pressure drop of unit bed layer height in sinter bed layer increases as a nonlinear relationship with increasing particle superficial velocity. For a given particle superficial velocity, the flow resistance loss is larger in bed layer of smaller particle diameter due to the larger particle specific surface area. At low Rep, particle friction factor fp in bed layer decreases rapidly with the increase of Rep;at high Rep, with the increase of Rep, fp decreases more slowly, and finally does not change. Due to the large calculation error, the existing prediction correlations are not suitable to solve the flow resistance loss in sinter bed layer. The experimental correlation obtained by fitting experimental data is used for describing the flow resistance characteristics in sinter bed layer, and the average calculation relative error of the experimental correlation is 7.93%, showing good prediction.
