摘  要:要持续增加国际市场份额,形成合力参与国际竞争,中石化以及更多的中国传统制造业仍在路上5月10日,中石化总部。中石化董事长王玉普又开始督促推进中石化年度大战略:融入"一带一路"建设。借一带一路走出去,是中石化的年度大事。近年来,我国市场需求和经济增速减缓,制造业产能过剩、效益下降的问题异常突出,转型发展成为必由之路。To go out by way of Belt and Road is an annual event for SinoPec.In recent years,our market demands and economic growth have retarded,and questions of excess capacity and declining efficiency in manufacturing industries stood out unusually,thus transformation and development have become the only way to follow.From the perspectives of policymakers and government think tanks,there are two solutions for this question.The first one is to adjust structure and cut overcapacity from inside:to transform the development modes from size and speed based to quality and efficiency based and from factor input to innovation driven.The second is to expand international markets to outside:to push forward our advanced manufacturing technologies overseas and shape the global brand of 'Made in China'.Based on all of these,the Belt and Road strategy has become a national key word.
