摘　　要：随着真空应用技术的发展,对真空获得设备的要求愈来愈高。真空泵必须是低振动、低噪声、高可靠、耐腐蚀、清洁无油。本文介绍了最新的粗真空、中真空泵的结构与性能以及它们在光伏行业、制药工业、汽油蒸汽回收以及空间模拟方面的应用。With the recent development of vacuum applications, the technical requirements become much high for vacuum pumps including low noise, low vibration, high reliability, corrosion resistance, clean and oil free. In this article, the structure and performance of advanced rough and medium vacuum pumps were introduced. Meanwhile, it also lists some vacuum applications such as photovoltaic industry, solvent recovery in pharmaceutical industry, gasoline vapor recovery in petrochemical industry and space simulation etc.
