摘 要:通过化学氧化聚合法制备了不同反应条件下的PANI/TiO_2复合材料。利用正交试验验证了苯胺与过硫酸铵摩尔比、反应温度、TiO_2用量及盐酸用量对光催化剂性能的影响。以KBF染料模拟废水为研究对象,考察了PANI/TiO_2复合材料在可见光条件下降解水中有机物的效果。结果表明,合成反应的最优条件是,苯胺0.3 g、二氧化钛1.5 g、盐酸250 m L(1.2 mol/L)、反应温度5℃、过硫酸铵1.47g、搅拌时间140 min。聚苯胺对纳米TiO_2光催化剂的改性,显著改善了催化剂的光催化性能,可有效降解KBF染料。PANI/TiO2 composites were prepared by chemical oxidation polymerization under different reaction conditions. The effect of molar ratio of aniline and ammonium persulfate, reaction temperature, amount of TiO2 and amount of hydrochloric acid on the performance of the photocatalyst was studied by orthogonal test. Taking KBF simulated dye wastewater as research object, the organic matter degradation in aqueous solution of PANI/TiOz composites under visible light was investigated. The results show that the optimum conditions of the synthesis reaction are as follows: aniline 0.3 g, TiO2 1.5 g, HC1 250 mL, reaction temperature 5℃, ammonium persulfate 1.47 g, stirring time 140 min. The modification of nanometer TiO: photocatalyst with polyaniline can improve the photocatalytic activity, and modified nanometer TiO2 photocatalyst can degrade KBF effectively.
